Who we are
One Road Entertainment, LLC ("we", "us") runs this website. Questions go to info@oneroadentertainment.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out a form or email us: usually your name, email, phone number and event details.
- Chat conversations. If you use Roadie, our chat assistant, we receive your messages. If you share contact details there, we save them so we can follow up.
- Site visits. We count page views without cookies: the page, the site that sent you, your device type and country. To count unique visitors we use a code made from your IP address and browser that changes daily and can't identify you. We don't store your IP address.
How we use it
- To reply, send quotes and plan your event.
- To run, secure and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. Service providers that run parts of the site handle it on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and forms), Supabase (our records), Anthropic (powers the chat assistant), Cloudflare (runs the chat assistant), Google Sheets and CheckCherry (booking records), and our email providers. Booking and payments happen on CheckCherry under its own terms.
Your choices
Ask us what we have about you, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing info@oneroadentertainment.com. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Children
This site is for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
